OVERVIEW
To promote the launch of the Samsung S10 during the summer festival season, we created an interactive experience where tech meets art – a mind-bending maze that hides a product showcase within an unforgettable festival experience.
Around every corner, festival-goers at All Together Now were treated to a series of otherworldly spaces within a mirrored maze that transcended brand activation to become one of the most popular destiantions at the entire festival. Each of the key features of the Samsung Galaxy S10 inspired a high-tech interactive installation.
DETAIL
With five cameras, the 16MP ultra-wide lens of the Samsung S10 gives the device a wider peripheral vision than that of a human eye – it literally can see things you cannot. We dramatically showcased this for festival-goers as an unforgettable interactive experience; a window into impossible worlds viewed through the perspective of the Samsung S10 Ultra-Wide Lens.
By cleverly combining mirrored walls and full-height Samsung QLED displays, we were able to create the illusion of a vast horizontal landscape that wraps around the user and into infinity. We developed custom software to interpret depth camera data that tracked users as they moved within the space, generating stunning motion reactive visuals in real-time.
A DJ and audio-reactive club space lay at the heart of this experience, to be discovered once the maze has been explored.
