TRUSTFALL
OVERVIEW
What does technology have to do to deserve our trust? And what breaks first when it doesn't?
Trust Fall makes those questions physical. It's a giant game inspired by KerPlunk: a nest of sticks holding up a mass of marbles. The marbles are your users' trust. The sticks are everything holding it in place.
DETAIL
Players consider a real product or service and answer rapid-fire questions across the four foundations of trust in technology: data protection, ethics, inclusivity and transparency. Every answer either leaves a stick in place or pulls it out. The marbles shift, hang, and sometimes fall.
The game ends with a review of where the structure held and where it nearly didn't, because in real life, you rarely get a second go.
